L2 Food Safety in Catering

This is a supportive training course for persons currently working as a food handler or persons who are seeking employment as a food handler in any catering environment. The course is also suitable for volunteers and those who work in care with some food handling responsibilities.

This course is split into 6 numbered modules that require completing in order. The duration of this course is circa 2 hours 40 minutes of footage to view and then your assessment follows of 20 multiple choice questions that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete depending on your approach. The pass mark is 12/20 and your result instant but you do have the opportunity to try as many times as required without any additional cost. There is an instant digital certificate.
