Virus Awareness in Catering

This course is aimed at any food handler who wishes to gain an understanding of the impact of Coronavirus and Norovirus in catering settings.

The course covers key aspects of the two viruses, comparing and contrasting their profiles highlighting considerations that may need to be made and actions a food handler may need to take.

Please note that this course does not cover how to carry out a risk assessment.

The course is approximately 50 minutes long with a 10 question test to be passed in order to gain a completion certificate.
