This is an engaging training course aimed at supporting persons within a supervisory role or the food business operator. It is additionally suitable for any food handlers who just want to learn more. The course firmly examines food safety from the role of the supervisor and covers the responsibilities which that role demands.
This course is split into 12 numbered modules that require completing in order. The duration of this course is circa 6 hours footage and then your assessment follows of 40 multiple choice questions that will take approximately 50 minutes to complete depending on your approach. The pass mark is 24/40 and your result instant but you do have the opportunity to try as many times as required without any additional cost. There is an instant digital certificate.
