L2 Nutrition for Health

This course is aimed at all those involved with public health, health promotion and food handlers in school, hospitals and social care settings. The course is also suitable for those who hold menu development responsibilities.

The course covers nutrition and healthy eating based on NHS and Public Health Guidance. It provides learners with an understanding of the relationship between diet and health and wellbeing, as well as ways of promoting healthy eating and tools available. It also covers actions that can be taken to improve health and nutrition.

The course is structured into 7 modules that require completing in order. The duration of the course is 3 hours footage and then your assessment follows of 30 multiple choice questions of which will take around 45 minutes. The pass mark is 20/30 and your result is instant. You do have the opportunity to try as many times as required without any additional cost. There is an instant digital certificate on passing.
