About the courses & how to access them
Which devices does the training work on?
You can access the training on a desktop, tablet or mobile. The training is best viewed on Google Chrome.
Is there a time limit on completing the course?
No there’s not, you are free to learn at your own pace. You can log in and out of your account as you wish once created. However when setting yourself up on the system with an account do try and do this within 48 hours of receiving your log in link or it may expire. Don’t worry if it has expired though – its all sortable – let me know.
How will I know which course to choose?
There is a course summary on the web page within the “Courses” menu tab. There are also the learning outcomes set out for you to choose which course suits your learning needs.
How do I get started?
To begin a course you must first purchase it from the clicking on “Courses” and then “All courses” which will take you to the Shop Page. Once your purchase is complete an account will automatically be created for you. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to log into your “My account”, where you can access your course/s and change your account details if needed at some point. Note: If you do not get an email please check your junk/spam email box. If it’s nowhere to be found then please call me.
*You must delete the generated password first before and create your own BEFORE you click the Reset Password button.
Once logged into your “My account” ( button on the home page) click on the course to begin. You will see a lesson list of modules that you will need to complete by watching them. At the end of the course you will be presented with an assessment unless its the FBO course. Answer each question as best you can. Then, if you complete the assessment you will be presented with the opportunity to access your certificate for that course. The certificate will have your name on taken from your details.
What about more that one purchase via bank card for a team?
Within the shop after selecting your course click on “Group” then click the number of courses you want and include yourself if you want to be one of that total number of learners. When you then purchase and enter your “My account” you will then see the way that you can add the emails of the persons you want to access the course from your team. You add then via the “enrol learners ” button. Once added they then receive an email and off they go.
What if i am from an organisation and need to be invoiced as there’s no bank card?
Contact me and let me know how many courses you want and which ones – i will then set you up from my end as a “Group Leader ” for your organisation and the access details will be sent to you and i will support you through the set up.
What if i have problems sorting it?
Do not worry! I will sort it out for you as soon as i can. You will not lose your money and it will get sorted. You may have to wait for the working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm but it will be sorted.
