A progressive course that is ideal if you have some prior food safety learning at L2 but that is not essential. The session is informative and involves active completion of a simple HACCP flowchart and control chart. Its specific targeted learning outcomes are to increase your awareness and confidence in understanding HACCP and how to develop, implement and maintain a simple HACCP. It is suitable for persons from both a catering and manufacturing environment but for the latter more of a starter course and one to provide you with enough information as a new member of a HACCP team.
This course is one module. The duration of this course is circa 1 hour 35 minutes footage and then your assessment follows of 15 multiple choice questions that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete depending on your approach. The pass mark is 9/15 and your result instant but you do have the opportunity to try as many times as required without any additional cost. There is an instant digital certificate.
